Your data is used to provide and maintain the Service, display your social media analytics and content performance, import and sync your posts from connected platforms, publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf, send you important service-related communications, and improve the Service. When you connect a TikTok account or other social media account to LobsterSauce, we access your data through the platform's official API. We only request permissions necessary for the Service's functionality. We store your OAuth tokens securely using encryption at rest. We do not access or store your social media account passwords. You can disconnect your accounts at any time, which revokes our access.
Your data is stored on secure servers. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a social media account, we delete the associated OAuth tokens. When you delete your account, we delete all your personal data within 30 days.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, disconnect your social media accounts at any time, and export your data. To exercise any of these rights, disconnect your accounts from your LobsterSauce settings or contact us at support@lobstersauce.xyz. We will respond to data deletion requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
