LobsterSauce is a content analytics and social media management platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts (including TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms), import existing posts, view performance metrics such as views, likes, comments, and shares, schedule and publish new content, and track content performance over time.
To use the Service, you must create an account or be invited by an existing user. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
When you connect a third-party social media account (such as TikTok) to LobsterSauce, you authorize us to access your account data as permitted by the respective platform's API, including your profile information, posts, and engagement metrics. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account from your LobsterSauce settings or by revoking access directly on the third-party platform. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our Service.
You are responsible for all content published through your account. You must comply with each connected social media platform's terms of service and community guidelines when using LobsterSauce. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to spam or abuse social media platforms, to violate any third-party intellectual property rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LobsterSauce and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your accounts, including account suspensions or content removal.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
